Order and Delivery

Please note the that photo you supply may appear slightly cropped due to the unique fractured edges on the individual slates

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. if, due to unforeseen circumstances your order will not be processed in this time frame will contact you to advise when we will be able to process your order.

Shipping Information

Standard Delivery is £3.00 on all orders. It is important to note that our standard delivery service does not include tracking information. Shipping time frames depend on your location within the UK, but typically takes 3-5 working days via Royal Mail.

Alternative options for the shipping are available at a cost from the Royal Mail. All our items when shipped individually come within the criteria for a small parcel.. If you require a non standard delivery then please get in touch
We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as Picture This is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All our items are customised orders, made to request and are not kept in stock. This means that unless there are any visible faults with the product, we will not accept any returns or exchanges
Refunds will not be given due to “not liking a photo” or selecting an incorrect photo. In the event of any visible faults with the product, photographic proof will be required in order to be able to provide a replacement. Please note that the colours and brightness of a photo can vary. They may look more vibrant and punchy on the screen and this can vary depending upon which device you are using.
