All our items are customised orders, made to request and are not kept in stock. This means that unless there are any visible faults with the product, we will not accept any returns or exchanges
Refunds will not be given due to “not liking a photo” or selecting an incorrect photo. In the event of any visible faults with the product, photographic proof will be required in order to be able to provide a replacement. Please note that the colours and brightness of a photo can vary. They may look more vibrant and punchy on the screen and this can vary depending upon which device you are using.
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. if, due to unforeseen circumstances your order will not be processed in this time frame will contact you to advise when we will be able to process your order. Standard Delivery is £3.00 on all orders. It is important to note that our standard delivery service does not include tracking information. Shipping time frames depend on your location within the UK, but typically takes 3-5 working days via Royal Mail.
