All our items are customised orders, made to request and are not kept in stock. This means that unless there are any visible faults with the product, we will not accept any returns or exchanges
Refunds will not be given due to “not liking a photo” or selecting an incorrect photo. In the event of any visible faults with the product, photographic proof will be required in order to be able to provide a replacement. Please note that the colours and brightness of a photo can vary. They may look more vibrant and punchy on the screen and this can vary depending upon which device you are using.
